Welcome to the Phoenix BSD User Group!

We welcome all flavors (OpenBSD/FreeBSD/NetBSD/DragonFlyBSD).

We're focusing on the working role of BSDs (servers, routers, firewalls), but all interests are welcome.

If you know Linux and are curious about BSD then join us. You'll find a lot in common, and some pleasant surprises as well.

See the Community page for info on our mailing list & irc channel.

Yes, it's Beer & BSD again.

Location Details:

Casey Moore's is on the corner of 9th and Ash in Tempe. That's one street west of Mill and one street south of University. We usually sit outside by the corner of 9th and Ash in the uncovered section. I'll be wearing an OpenBSD shirt with a conspicuous Puffy.

May marks the release of OpenBSD 4.3 and it's time to celebrate! Join us at Casey Moore's for beer or soda, as well as food. I will have OpenBSD 4.3 CD sets for sale, and also The Book of PF. Since the evening weather is so nice we'll site outside under the stars (not under the canopy).
