Snapshots based on FreeBSD 7.1-PRERELEASE

Recent DesktopBSD snapshots are based on FreeBSD 7.1-PRERELEASE instead of 7.0-RELEASE-p4.

Snapshot builds resumed, package builds discontinued

Snapshot builds were resumed and new snapshots of 1.7 are now also available for 64-bit computers.
